I.T.I. Rajula was established in 1990 with 4 trade in rental building. It was shifted to its own building in August-2004. At present institute having a total capacity of 188 sanction seats against which 217 are undergoing training in 5 NCVT and 03 SCVT pattern of trades. As per policy of Govt. of India, Rajula ITI made MoU with Pipavav Shipyard Ltd., Pipavav in March-08 under Public Private Partnership Scheme. At presently ITI has started six special advance courses of shipbuilding . Total area is 5 Acre and built up area around 667 Sq. Mtrs.

The campus area of Institute is 5 acre. The ground area covered by building is 667 Sq. Mt. The building is three storied. The building having total nine no. of block, like workshop, principle office, conference room, store room and two theory room. Each floor of the building has separate toilet block, water and electric room.

The syllabus for these trades are design by Pipavav Shipyard Ltd. The institute is helping for monitoring apprenticeship Trainings Scheme in area of Rajula and Jafarabad. This Institute is running from 9.30 A.M. To 5.30 P.M.
